La Muralla Roja is one of the most beautiful and uniquely designed buildings in the world, located in Manzanera, Calpe, Spain. It was built in 1973 and designed by Spanish architect Richard Bofill. When designing the building he referenced the North African kasbahs and Arab Mediterranean architectural styles, making it looks like a fortress on the cliffs of Calpe.
