Shipping policy

 

Our Shipping Process

Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process and ship in-stock items. Please note that the fulfillment time could vary especially for pre-orders, or during sales and holiday seasons. 

Once your order is at fulfillment, we are not able to accept cancellations, or make any changes, substitutions or alterations to your order. You may return your order following our return policy for store credit once you receive it. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Random Soirée with your tracking number. If you do not receive shipment notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us at randomsoiree@gmail.com.

Delivery time are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery date will be provided by the shipping carriers in the tracking details once the package is picked up and it may vary by shipping destination. 

If your item is out of stock, we will contact you via email, it will be removed from your order by default and we will issue the refund for the unavailable item(s) to the original form of your payment.  

Random Soiree ships to all 48 Continental States of the United States and currently doesn't offer international shipping. P.O. Boxes cannot be used as shipping addresses. Orders over $300 will require signature for delivery.

Orders are qualified for free shipping once the pre-tax and after discount total reaches $159. Exclusions (such as oversize/overweight item etc.) may apply. 

Random Soiree is not responsible for any stolen, delayed, or lost packages. We will assist you with filing claims with the shipping carrier when applicable.

* For fragile, heavy and oversized items, shipping charges will be assessed on an order-by-order basis and are not qualified for free shipping. In exceptional circumstances additional shipping charges may apply. Please send email to randomsoiree@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Random Soirée declare that all rights and explanatory rights pertaining to this policy are fully reserved and shall be exercised to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 



Return

To initiate a return, please send us an email to randomsoiree@gmail.com for return authorization. 

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Items sent back to us without first email requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns are for store credit in the form of gift card and must be made within 7 days of items' arrival date. Items must be returned with no signs of wear or usage and in their original packaging.

Once your return items is received and accepted, you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card in email. Please allow us 7 business days to process the return items.

Please note that original shipping cost, sale items and gift cards are not qualified for return nor refundable.

Final Sale

All bath, body, cosmetics, skincare, perfumes, and consumable products are final sale and cannot be returned.

All marked-down items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Damaged/Defective Items

If you believe an item to be damaged in shipment or defective, please send a photo of the item and description of the damage to randomsoiree@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item to qualify for a free exchange or refund in the original form of payment (original shipping costs are not refundable). For damaged items, please retain the shipping box and packaging materials in order to file proper claim with the shipping carrier.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at randomsoiree@gmail.com

Once we have confirmed the item's condition, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent for return. Unfortunately, if a request is not received in time, a refund or exchange will not be granted.


Exchanges

Random Soirée does not offer direct exchanges. Please feel free to return the item for store credit and place a new order with the credit received.
