Break Free from People-Pleasing Drama Healing Workshop: Navigating Boundaries and Expressing Needs Freely

Making requests is a frequent daily occurrence, yet many people find it challenging. In reality, the ability to confidently and boldly make requests is not an innate skill but one learned through continuous social practice. In the space of drama healing, we will use games, role-playing, and other embodied methods to leave traces of courage and confidence in both your heart and body.

In this safe group, let's explore our boundaries, practice rejecting and being rejected, and boldly make requests. After all, bottling up your feelings can lead to knots in your heart, so why not join us to prevent those knots together?

This workshop aims to help participants imagine seamlessly transitioning between different roles in their lives through the experience and enactment of various roles. By doing so, we hope to break free from limiting thought patterns, gain the courage to face rejection, and confidently express our needs to others.

As our curriculum and location require advance reservations, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation 7 Days Before the Event: If, for any reason, you need to cancel your participation in the workshop, we are happy to offer a full refund in the form of a Random Soiree Gift Card if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the event date. This allows us enough time to accommodate other attendees and make necessary adjustments to the workshop.

2. Cancellation After the 7-Day Window: Regrettably, any cancellation made after will be non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within this timeframe due to the preparation and arrangements required to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.
